We are seeking 02 Immigration professionals with previous experience of more than two years working with an Immigration Company to be part of our team.

Responsibilities:

Application Processing :

  • Coordinating the application process including evaluation of applications to identify the category, evaluate the process and requirements for different types of applications in process.
  • Preparing submission packages for submissions and sending to various government immigration offices including Service Canada, IRCC offices inside and outside Canada.

Communication with Client/s:

  • Providing assistance in the client in-take process and respond to client inquiries by e-mail and/or telephone and has to ensure that applications are processed in a timely manner.

Office Administration

  • Will have to perform various administrative duties including but not limited to organizing and managing files including completing stautus sheet with dates, photocopying/faxing submission packages.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience with an Immigration Firm required

  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
